Depending on how you interact with us, we process:

• Contact details: name, company name, email address and phone number when you fill in a form, request a demo or email us.
• Project data: information you provide as part of a quote or assignment.
• Usage data: anonymous visitor statistics (pages, time on site, device) through privacy-friendly analytics.
• Communication: messages you send us by email or through forms.

We process data on the basis of:

• Performance of an agreement: to issue quotes and deliver assignments.
• Legitimate interest: to improve our services and communicate with you.
• Legal obligation: such as tax administration.
• Consent: for optional cookies and newsletters.

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. We keep prospects' contact details for a maximum of 24 months after the last point of contact. We keep client data for the duration of the agreement and for up to 7 years afterwards (statutory retention obligation for records).

Agensea only shares data with processors that are necessary for our services (such as hosting, email and administration providers), always under a data processing agreement. We never sell data to third parties.

Our website places functional cookies that are needed for it to work correctly. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed after your consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing: TLS encryption, access management, regular backups and security updates.
